A registered office for plans that need reading again.

How the office began

Maliya Samae spent seven years keeping member accounts at a rubber-sheet cooperative in the district. Families kept arriving with old written plans whenever the buyer’s price, a spouse’s stall, or a civil-service transfer changed the month. In 2014 she registered the company so that work could be done as a review, with a fee stated in advance, rather than as a favour between receipts.

The first room was above a timber shop on the market road in Tambon Yi-ngo. The lacquered table in the present office is the same one. In 2019 Arif Waesama joined after teaching evening bookkeeping at the community hall. He took the half-day ledger sessions. Maliya kept the longer reviews. The company did not open a second branch.

The people who read the papers

Maliya Samae

Principal reviewer. She completed the CFP curriculum with the Thai Financial Planners Association in 2016. She leads changing-income reviews and the shared-earnings conversation. She grew up in Ra-ngae and has worked in Yi-ngo since the cooperative years.

Arif Waesama

Ledger sessions and six-month check-ins. He holds the Associate Financial Planner credential from the Thai Financial Planners Association, awarded in 2018. He is from Tambon Yi-ngo and still teaches a short bookkeeping evening twice a year at the community hall, separate from the company’s fees.

How a meeting is conducted

We read what the household already keeps. We name the income that changed and the bills that did not. We rewrite only the lines the new pay touches, and we leave a note in plain sentences. The household keeps the paper. We do not hold your money, and we do not take a commission from a bank, an insurer, or a fund seller.

Meetings are in Thai, and in Malay when that is the language the household uses at home. The written note follows the language of the meeting. An English summary can be added when a son or daughter working away needs to read the same figures.

What we owe the district

Many clients are neighbours. A review that gossips would end the practice. Papers stay in a locked cabinet in the office, and names do not appear in the journal. When a household cannot travel, we will come inside Narathiwat province if the road time is agreed in the fee. We do not pretend to cover Bangkok or a video call across the country. The work depends on the documents being on the table.
