Terms of use

Acceptance

By reading the site or by asking for a meeting date, you accept these terms. If you book a session for a household, you confirm that you are an adult and that you have authority to share the papers you send. A confirmed fee and a paid deposit form the agreement for that session, together with the description on the relevant session page and the refund notice.

The service

The company reviews household financial plans when income changes, and it offers the narrower sessions listed on the plan reviews page. Meetings discuss your bills, reserves, and existing promises. We do not invite you to buy a fund, a policy, or a loan through this website. Rates on the site are a guide. The fee in our written confirmation is the fee for your session.

Your papers

You agree that figures you give us are, to the best of your knowledge, the figures you live by. If a document is incomplete, say so. A review based on papers you withheld can only speak to what we saw. You keep ownership of your documents. We keep a copy of the note we wrote for as long as the privacy notice states.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and visual design of this site belong to Mind Vertexpoint Financial Planning Co., Ltd. You may share a link to a journal note. You may not copy the site’s pages onto another site or present our written review as your own work for a fee. The note prepared for your household is licensed to you for your own use. You may show it to a spouse, a parent, or an accountant. You may not publish it with our name as a general template.

Liability

A review is a professional opinion based on the documents and the conversation. You decide what to do after you leave. The company is not liable for a later choice to spend, borrow, or delay a payment, except where Thai law does not allow that limit. We are not liable for loss caused by information you sent to the wrong address, or by a delay that comes from a closed Sunday or Monday. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for harm that Thai law refuses to limit.

Website

The site is a way to read about the practice and to send an enquiry. It does not take payment. We may correct a fee or a journal note when we find an error, and we will not pretend an old figure remains available after we have published a correction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes that we cannot settle by letter will be brought before the Thai courts, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under Thai law.
