Data controller

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the session you want, a preferred date, whether the income change has already happened, and a message. Please do not send identity-card numbers, bank passwords, or full account numbers in that message. If you book a review, we also keep the papers you choose to leave, the fee confirmation, the deposit record, and the note we write.

The site stores a cookie choice in local storage under the key mind-vertexpoint-cookie-consent, and it may set a first-party cookie named mvp_choice. Details are on the cookie notice. Server logs kept by our host may include an IP address and the page requested, for security, for a short period.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details to reply and to arrange a meeting. We use review papers to prepare the note you asked for. We use payment records to show that a deposit was credited. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and our legitimate interest in keeping a professional record. Where Thai law requires consent, we ask for it separately and you may refuse.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become a booking are deleted within 24 months. Review files, including the note and the papers you left, are kept for seven years from the last meeting so we can answer a question about what was said. Deposit records are kept for the same seven years because they are accounting records. Cookie choices stay on your own browser until they expire or you clear them.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the host that serves this website, the bank that receives a deposit, and a professional adviser if the law requires us to answer a lawful request. Staff who read files are Maliya Samae and Arif Waesama. A household’s story is not used in the journal with a full name unless that household has agreed in writing.

International transfers

Review files are kept at the office in Thailand. Email you send to info@mind-vertexpoint.click may pass through mail servers outside Thailand, depending on your provider and ours. If we need to send a copy of your note to an address you tell us is hosted abroad, we will say so before we send it. We do not move the office archive to another country as a routine practice.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand you may ask to see the information we hold, to correct it, to delete it when the law allows, to restrict its use, and to object to a use based on legitimate interest. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. To make a request, write to info@mind-vertexpoint.click or send a letter to the office address. We may need to confirm that you are the person the file is about before we release it. We answer within thirty days unless the file is unusually large, in which case we will tell you why we need longer.
