Cancellations and refunds

Deposits

A changing-income plan review and a shared-earnings conversation each require a deposit of THB 2,000. An irregular-pay ledger session and a six-month check-in each require THB 800. The deposit is credited to the confirmed fee. It holds a date. It is not a tip and it is not a payment for a product.

Eligibility and timeframe

You may cancel by email to info@mind-vertexpoint.click or by calling 073591243. If we receive the cancellation five or more working days before the first meeting, the deposit is refunded in full. Inside that window, the deposit is kept when no reading has started, and any unpaid remainder of the fee is not charged.

Work already started

Once we have begun reading the papers you left, the session has started. If you cancel after that point, we keep a portion equal to the time already spent, usually half the confirmed fee, and we refund the rest of what you have paid. If the written note has already been handed to you, the fee is not refunded, because the work you booked has been delivered.

Rescheduling

You may move a date once, without losing the deposit, if you tell us at least three working days ahead and we have a later opening within sixty days. A second move is treated as a cancellation. We may reschedule when the office must close. If we cancel and cannot offer a date you can accept within sixty days, the deposit and any other sum you have paid for that session are refunded in full.

No-shows

If you have not arrived twenty minutes after the agreed time, and you have not sent word, the morning is a no-show. The deposit is kept. We will offer one replacement date within thirty days. If that replacement is also missed, the deposit is not moved again and the session would need a new booking.

For a shared-earnings conversation, the same rule applies if one of the two adults does not arrive. We do not hold the conversation with only one person while the other was expected.

Travel and materials

We do not buy materials for a household, and we do not ship goods. If a visit inside Narathiwat was agreed and we have already travelled when you cancel, the road-time portion already incurred is not refunded. The remainder of the deposit is handled under the cancellation rules above. There is no separate charge for paper, tea, or the notebook you write in during a ledger session.

Refund method and processing time

Refunds go back by bank transfer to the account that paid the deposit. We ask you to confirm the account in the refund request so we do not send money to a number copied in haste. Processing takes up to fourteen working days after we have the account confirmation. We do not refund in cash at the door.

Exceptions

If illness or a road closure makes the meeting impossible, tell us as soon as you can. We treat that as a reschedule rather than a no-show, even inside the usual notice period, once. A dispute about a fee already confirmed in writing is handled under the terms of use and the laws of Thailand.
