Review process

From the first letter to the note you take home.

A changing-income plan review is the office’s main work. It takes about three weeks because the papers need a quiet reading between two meetings. Ledger mornings and shared conversations have their own shorter paths, described on their session pages.

Before the date is held

You write with the shape of the change: pay already smaller, a posting ahead, a stall that gained or lost a pair of hands. We answer within two working days with the likely fee and a list of papers. The date is held when the deposit of THB 2,000 reaches the company account named in that reply. The deposit is part of the fee, not a separate charge.

The first morning

Come to the office in Tambon Yi-ngo, or meet us at an address inside Narathiwat if road time was priced in. The meeting lasts about ninety minutes. We ask what the old plan was trying to do, then what the new income actually does. Both adults are welcome. If only one of you knows the figures, say that at the start so we do not build a note the other person cannot trust.

The reading days

You may leave copies with us. We do not need originals of identity documents. If a number is missing we ask once. We do not fill a gap with a tidy average that makes the month look safer than it is. Drafting happens at the office, on paper, during Tuesday to Saturday hours.

The second meeting

We read the note aloud enough that you can interrupt. You can reject a line. A rejected line is marked as your decision, not quietly rewritten to sound agreeable. You take the paper home the same day when the figures are settled. If you ask for one correction after a misheard amount, we send it within five working days.

After you leave

The plan is yours to follow or ignore. We do not telephone you to sell a fund. If you want a six-month check-in, we write the month on the last page and you book it when that month arrives. If life changes again before then, the check-in is the wrong session and a new review is the right one.

Questions households ask

Do both adults need to attend?

For a plan review, one adult can come if that person is ready to share the note at home. For the shared-earnings conversation, both people must agree to the hour before we book it.

Can the meeting be in Malay?

Yes. Say so when you write. The note will follow the language of the meeting. An English summary is added only when you ask for it.

What if our papers are in a sack?

Book the irregular-pay ledger first, or accept that the review may be split into two paid stages. We would rather price the sorting than pretend the first morning can absorb a decade of loose receipts.

Will you tell us which fund to buy?

The review comments on your bills, your reserve for thin months, and the promises already on your plan. Choosing a product is a different profession, and it is not sold from this office.
