Flagship review
Changing-income plan review
Yi-ngo office, or one visit inside Narathiwat province when agreed in advance
Who it is for
Households in and around Amphoe Yi-ngo whose pay has changed or is about to: a new posting, a thinner rubber season, a shop that took on a second pair of hands, a spouse who stopped work, a remittance that grew or shrank, or a first year of mixed earnings.
What you leave with
You keep a revised written plan that names what the new income can carry, which bills stay fixed, and which promises should wait. The note is in plain sentences, in Thai, with an English summary if a relative abroad needs to read it.
Included
- A first meeting of about ninety minutes to hear how the income changed and to look at the plan you already have
- Reading of the papers you bring: recent pay evidence, the old plan, debt dates, and regular household bills
- A cash picture that separates steady months from thin months
- A second meeting to walk through the written note and mark what you will do in the next half year
- One round of corrections if a figure was misheard
Outside this session
- Selling funds, insurance policies, or loans
- Filing a tax return or arguing a tax assessment
- Legal advice on inheritance, divorce, or business registration
- Managing an investment account or holding your money
- Bookkeeping for a registered company with staff payroll
Who sits with you
Maliya Samae leads the review. Arif Waesama joins the second meeting when the cash picture has several irregular sources.
How it unfolds
-
You write, and we hold a date
Tell us what changed and which week you can come. A deposit of THB 2,000 holds the first meeting and is credited to the fee. We send a short list of papers to bring.
-
First meeting
We sit at the lacquered table in the Yi-ngo office. You talk through the old plan and the new pay. We do not ask for passwords or for you to sign anything sold by a bank.
-
Reading days
Over the following days we read what you left with us and draft the note. If a number is missing, we ask once, in writing, rather than guessing.
-
Second meeting and the note
You take the paper home. We agree what will be revisited at six months, if you want that check-in.
What to prepare
- The written plan you already use, even if it is only a notebook
- Evidence of the new income for as many months as you have, up to twelve
- Dates and amounts of loan payments, rent, school fees, and support you send to parents
- A list of promises you are unsure you can still keep
Constraints
- The starting fee assumes one household and up to two income sources, with papers already gathered
- A third income source, or books that are still in sacks, changes the fee before we begin
- We review plans for adults. We do not prepare a plan for a minor's money
- Meetings are in Thai, or in Malay when that is easier. The site you are reading is in English; the note you take home is in the language we agreed
Fee
The starting fee is THB 8,500. Each extra income source beyond two adds THB 900. A visit outside Tambon Yi-ngo and inside Narathiwat adds road time at THB 600 an hour, agreed before the date. The written confirmation after we speak is the fee that applies.
