Office session
Irregular-pay cash ledger
Yi-ngo office
Who it is for
People who already know the plan needs a review later, but first need a honest record of uneven months. Useful for rubber smallholders, fishing households, market stalls, and anyone paid by the job.
What you leave with
A ledger laid out in your own handwriting, plus a one-page key that says which column is income, which is a bill that does not move, and which is money set aside for the thin month.
Included
- Four hours at the office table
- Help sorting up to twelve months of notes you bring
- A simple column layout you can copy into next year's book
- Tea, and time to ask what a figure means
Outside this session
- A full changing-income plan review
- Software, apps, or a spreadsheet we keep for you
- Checking a company's tax invoices
- Advice on which fund to buy
Who sits with you
Arif Waesama sits with you for the whole session. Maliya looks at the ledger only if you later book a plan review.
How it unfolds
-
Bring the messy books
Receipts, a school-fee list, and the notebook you already use are enough. Do not rewrite them neatly the night before. The mess is part of what we sort.
-
Build the columns
We choose columns that match how money actually arrives in your house, not a template meant for a salary paid on the 25th.
-
Leave with the book
The ledger stays yours. We keep no copy unless you ask us to hold one for a later review.
What to prepare
- Whatever notes you have for recent months
- The names of people you pay regularly
- A sense of which months are usually thin
Constraints
- One session covers one household book. A second business with its own staff needs a separate day
- Deposit of THB 800 holds the morning
- If you arrive without any papers, we still use the time to set up the columns, and we do not invent past figures
Fee
The fee is THB 3,200 for the half day. It does not include a later plan review.
The rates page explains deposits and what changes a quote.
Next step
Ask for a ledger morning and tell us whether the uneven pay is from the orchard, the boat, the stall, or a mix.
