Office session
Shared-earnings conversation
Yi-ngo office
Who it is for
Two adults who share bills and whose earnings have shifted for one of them. Married couples, parents living with an adult child who contributes, or siblings who keep a family shop.
What you leave with
A page both of you can keep: what the new income is, which bills stay joint, and which decisions you postponed on purpose.
Included
- A short call beforehand so each person knows the meeting is for both of you
- Ninety minutes in the office
- Notes sent to both people
- A pause if the conversation needs water and a quieter pace
Outside this session
- Counselling for a separation
- Mediation ordered by a court
- A full plan review, unless you book one separately
- Meetings with only one adult while the other is kept uninformed
Who sits with you
Maliya Samae facilitates. She will stop the meeting if either person wants to leave, and the fee still covers the time already used.
How it unfolds
-
Both people agree to come
We will not book the hour if only one person wants the other surprised. Each of you hears the purpose before the day.
-
The figures go on the table
We use the numbers you both already know, or numbers you have agreed to share that morning. We do not dig for hidden accounts.
-
You leave with the same page
The notes list agreements and also the items you chose not to decide yet.
What to prepare
- Both adults free for the full ninety minutes
- A recent picture of the changed income
- The bills you pay from a shared pot
Constraints
- Both people must be adults
- Deposit of THB 2,000, credited to the fee
- If one person does not arrive, we wait twenty minutes and then treat the morning as a no-show under the refund notice
- The conversation is in Thai or Malay, matching the language you use with each other
Fee
THB 4,600 for the meeting and the notes. It is a fixed fee for two adults. A later plan review is priced on its own.
The rates page explains deposits and what changes a quote.
